Ford Ka Screen Wash in my Radiator?

For a couple of days I'd noticed that I had no screen wash in my Ford Ka, opened the bonnet took off the top and poured about 3 seconds worth of concentrated screen wash in, noticing it was full I then realised that I had poured a small amount of screen wash into the reservoir of the radiator. Whoops!!! Is it okay to still use the car? Is it dangerous? Or will it get damaged with a small amount of screen wash? I've read the answers on here to the same question but everyone seems to have put a lot of sceen wash in their radiators whereas it is just a small amount in mine.
Thank you

I can't see a very small amount doing any harm. Just don't do it the other way round. Antifreeze in your screenwash would strip your paint off.
