How can I do a "Full system clear" on a Olympia CM721Plus cash register?

I purchased a second hand CM721 plus cash register, but it came with passwords inserted and no one knows what they are. According to the specialists I need to do a "full system clear" on the machine, but the manual does not explain how to do it. Can you help, please?

Hi.
These are very rare. I have never been able to find info on RAM clearing them either. You might have to check with a dealer. Some models have removeable batteries which may cause the machinr to clear when you remove them.
