power off, there will either be a plastic semi circular shaped cover or a small square metal cover at the rear of machine, remove this (2 screws) this allows access to the heater cover ( located on rear of machine 9 screws) cover will then swing away from appliance. the heater is now clearly visible inside the casing. there are 2 smaller screws on the cover itself which hold the heater in position undo these you will then see stats on the top of the heater frame replace like for like reassemble and youre done
