Unfortunately, memory do not take kindly to being bent, as you have just found out. Because of the way they are constructed, it becomes somewhere between almost and impossible to retrieve any data from them once they have been damaged, especially in this way. You could try contacting one of the specialist data recovery companies (to which I have no connection) and see if they can retrieve the data. However I suspect the answer will be NO! If they say they may be able to do so, make sure it is done on a NO FIX - NO FEE basis! Otherwise it will get incredibly expensive!!
Failing that, learn from the mistake, keep them away from children. Buy a new card, do not buy the cheapest available, it is much better to buy a reputable brand, and go on from there.
The last (and possibly the most important) piece of advice is this: Download the information / pictures to computer, or print them, as soon as possible, DO NOT DELAY!! Delays can mean Disasters!!
