Yes I have the same problem, boiler doesn't turn off?

The central heating is on all the time, as the timer doesn't switch off the central heating. I got British Gas in and they removed the board at the front of the boiler containing the wiring system and installed a new one, but it hasn't solved the probl;em, any ideas ?

another common one is hot water flow switch stuck on, but you have not stated make/model

Does the system have a frost stat fitted somehere.If it does this overrides the clock and keeps the boiler running to avoid freezing up.
