bt studio 1100 manual trio?

Same problem as Andrew.All three phones flash Base 1 and then cut out.Is this a manufacturing fault?

I have the same problem.
keeps flashing base 1
try to reset by removing batterys and refit battreys while holding * botton.
still not working.#
can any one help or do need to replace it?
