If it has just started doing it they may just be frozen up,lift the bonnet and with ignition turned on but without the engine running push the washer button and you should hear the motor running,you know the electrics are ok,do it when the car is warm with no chance of freezing,the jets may be blocked so clear them with a sewing needle,if you get them working pump it empty and refill with proper windscreen wash fluid.
