1997 Ford Fiesta Ghia - Heater Problem?

Hi,

The Heater on my Ford Fiesta is not working correctly. The air is not blowing correctly & its also cold, When I turn the temp to warm it still blows cold

Can you advise what I could check??

It seems that the heater control valve can go faulty. its located under the bonnet right at the back. You will see the two pipes going down to the heater matrix itself.
