my k800i wont turn on the red light just flashes in the inferred window my friend who i got it off said it came on said something about an error would'nt switch off then went to a blank white window when he finally got it back on and now i've got it its just a red light flahing at me do you know what it is ?

hi. try going to site, www.sonyericsson.com/support look for software down loads, for your model you will need the cable that connects your phone to the usb, port on a computer. follow the instructions, the only problem is that you will lose the pictures on your phone but it should work ok.
