The fusebox is under the bonnet - front right as you look in. There is a big black plastic cover on it and a kind of handle on the left hand side that will allow you to hinge it open and lift it off. According to my Corsa handbook the front wipers are on fuse No 23 - it is a big pink 'maxi fuse' rated at 30 amps. If you look inside the cover you took off it should show you where No 23 is. When you find it and take it out you will see it has blown (assuming it has!).
