everything on my ariston advantage a1300 works, except that the drum wont turn at all. checked the belt and that is fine,also checked for any blocked hoses. it fills with water,drains,heats, but the drum does nothing.it goes through the cycles,but the drum wont do anything.turned drum by hand and it goes round no problem,nothing seems to be stopping it from turning.

The problem is the control computer, i've had the same happens to me before and it's just happenned again. Last time they just replaced the coputer board and it started working fine again. Common problem apparently.
