Press your Windows Key and F1 together.
Navigate to System Restore. In System Restore options turn off System Restore on all drives.

Disinfect your PC using your AntiVirus program.

Reboot.

Go back to your System Restore settings and turn System Restore back on.

(Turning System Restore off has the effect of clearing out the saved System Restore Points. A copy of the worm is probably stored with these, so these need to be removed.)
