Did the same took bottom panel off and cleaned pump,also reset the flood sensor, its now working great, took me around an hour as well..

When I had the lights flashing I took the bottom off the machine. Just undo 4 screws. I then cleaned the waste water pump. This is easy to spot as it's the small pump connected to the waste pipe. You need to unclip the motor then you can split the pump it's only 3 screws. I found some glass in mine.Took less than a hour to do.

mine also is 15 months old, and the lights are flshing as the pump is broken, this is a really bad brand, i will not buy again.
