How can I repair Scratches in an antique Cherry table?
My dog got excited and scratched the top of one of my antique cherry wood side table. There are quite a few scratches (gouges) on the one corner. How can I repair this damage so it matches the rest of the table without being to obvious as well as matching the other one? I think it has a lacquer finish on it but has always had a nice finish with no markings.
Do not want to spend a great deal of money repairing it and would like to do it myself?
