Try a search on the model number - it's your best bet.
When you plug it in does the machine say "found new hardware" ?

No. It's a usb plug in type. The serial # and model # are on the bottom, but not the brand. I need to find a driver for it. Thanks

The wireless device inside your computer you mean? Your wireless card - not your radio...

Under XP (vista may be similar)
Control Panel
Network & Internet Connections
Network Connection
Right click on Wireless Network connection
Select properties

Just below the words "connect using" is a panel showing your computer's wireless device
