I have a new Ariston A1535 washing machine and have already had the repairman out from the shop I bought it from. It still does not work. The water flushes out the powder from the powder compartments but it does not fill up the drum.

Does anyone know what is wrong with it? Help please!

make sure your drainage hose is at 3/4 the height of the washing machine else you are draining as its filling. your machine should have a mark on the back to say the height. When i plumb in washing machines i always make sure the drain pipe is 2 feet from the ground.
