how do i remove tensioner on my vectra sri 140?

i need to replace the aux tension belt on my vectra sri 140, how do i remove the tensioner.

AFAIK just put a spanner on the tensioner bolt and you can turn it eccentrically to slacken the existing belt to remove it. Similarly to put the new belt on.
