You will need to supply more information. Does it drain the water? This machine will not spin until all water is gone. When you turn it on and advance it to final spin and press start, what happens? Can you hear pump running? Does machine beep & lights on panel change? If so what lights are on? Are they flashing or on constantly? Can't help without this info.
