There is a pollen filter located on passenger side next to windscreen externally. Remove vented cover and you will see a black box, remove 2 top screws (possibly torx) and there will be a filter inside. Replace this filter and it should be fine.
Note this filter should be replaced anually during servicing as bacteria grows inside this filter and gets blown directly into your face!
