water not circulating?

We can hear the pump but no water is being pump around the inside of the machine, water just gently fills into the bottom. Is there a belt in this machine? What else could the problem be? Need answer asap please!

if u can here the circulation pump look inside the cultery tray might have ahole init so the cutlery will fall throw and stop arm moving
