Clock display on Rover 25 03 reg?

The clock display on my Rover 25 1.4 2003 reg. has faded, how can I fix this? The time and motorway satellite are working but the display has faded so much that they cannot be easily seen.

buy a replacement from ebay or scrappers yard.not a good idea to mess with it.prise the old one out and disconnect.replace with new one .sorted.
