how do i fix my new world gas oven model no. ckg21515?

the oven on my new world twinlinemodel no ckg21515 is not working the clock is dead the oven light does not come on the oven does not light but the fan is working when i use the grill. please help

Unfortunately the clock controls the oven as some ovens have mains powered solenoids fitted.Without the clock you cant get gas thro to the burner.Repair engineer is definitely needed
