How do i move a wire in an optima g3?

I want to move a wire so if i omit the zone for the wire i want to move, will it go into tamper if i cut the wire? After i have moved the wire i want to lengthen it and reconnect it.

You need to power down the panel or you'll blow the fuse aswell.
