thottle sticking 3000rpm when vihicle is moving,thottle does not stick when vehicle at stand still

i think it needs a throttle pedal. There is no cable in these just an electrical connection between the throttle and the pump, bad news is a new throttle has to be programmed into the vehicle by ford either way you have to take it to ford to see if your old one is the fault
