Tumble Dryer Heats Up But Clothes Just Become Warm and Stay Damp. Why?

Hi,
My Tumble Dryer turns and the back plate heats up but my clothes just get warm but stay damp. There is no obvious blockage in the vent tubes. What could be wrong?!?!

If the heaters are working but the clothes stay damp it is most likely that the fan is not spinning or is not spinning fast enough to give a good air flow through the machine.

Is there a flow of air from teh pipe when teh machine is running.

You will need to remove the motor & fan to see if the fan is loose on the shaft.
