I have access to the PLM2000 software, as well as the serial cable to connect a PC. I have to the best of my ability, adjusted all settings to allow communication between the ECR and the PC, but a repeatedly get a "time out" message. Even the simple process of "setting time and date" doesn't complete. I do believe that I am not be configuring the "flags" to allow successful linkage between the two devices..... can anyone help me? Thank you.

Hi.
Make sure you have a Uniwell spec cable. You must use a cable that is wired for Uniwell comms. If you still have problems or need flag settings, shoot over to www.eposwizard.co.uk
They have the most Uniwell experts I've ever come across.
