I have just had my Diplomat AAA 1473 installed. I can select cooking zones and temperature settings but whatever I put on a slected cooking zone, the symbol indicating no cooking pan always shows up and no heat comes on. There is nothing said about this in the operating manual. I wonder if someone out there can help. Many thanks.

are the pans suitable for induction hobs.they must have the correct base material or it just doesn't work
