the arms of my neff s5443x2uk dishwasher dont turn together .sometimes the upper arm is turning and sometimes the lower arm. often it alternates during a wash, consequently i dont get a very good wash. can anyone help. many many thanks.
sound like there is not enough water preasure to turn both arms check your inlet hose for blockage there is a mesh at the hose side of the machine valve it might be blocked
