My HJA8630 isn't cleaning the dishes properly?

I use finish tablets, but when I come to open the dishwasher after the cycle is finished, the detergent door is open and half the tablet is still stuck in there and the dishes are still dirty.

Hi Laura, it sounds like the top spray arm is not rotating.Take it off and check all the spray holes and clean if required.All the best.
