Indesit WE12 washer, does it need both hot & cold feeds?

Does any one know if the indesit we12 needs both hot & cold feeds or can i just use the cold feed? the washer's going into the garage & there is only the cold pipe plumbed in at the minute. Thanks

It will work provided you connect the cold feed to both the cold and hot inlet valves on the machine. it will however use more electricity since it will need to heat the water up.
