IF THAT IS THE CASE, I COULD BUY ANOTHER ONE, NEW. BUT I AM NOT GOING TO SETTLE FOR THAT. FISHER PAYKELL TOLD ME I HAD TO HAVE A TECH COME OUT, CAN SOMEONE WALK ME THRU GETTING THE PUMP OFF? I WASHED OLD RUGS THAT MY LANDLORD PUT DOWN TO SOAK UP WATER AFTER MY WATER HEATER DIED. I DIDN'T WANT THE RUGS TO SMELL, SO I WASHED THEM. BAD MOVE ON MY PART. I DON'T EVEN HAVE A CLUE ON HOW TO REMOVE THE PUMP, PLEASE HELP. MANY THANKS ROBIN.
