There is no error F20 but there is an E20 this fault means the machine has failed to pump out. I sugest you start with checking the filter for a blockage or the end of the outlet hose.

Think it might be E20,but this is related to a draining issue.check the filter and if this is clean suspect the drain pump might be faulty or a blockage in the drain hose area.
