How can i fix my rangemaster 110 gas cooker?

Hobs and warmers working fine both ovens burning unevenly, one side difficult to turn down (very high) the other side unable to turn up.

sounds like your fsd (flame sensing device) is not working on the side the flame wont turn up . And the other side sounds like the thermostat is not working
