i just bought lervia kh 4000 i tried with upper thread but when niidle goes down the lower thread is not coming up with niddle . im trying first time this typepl. help i saw the other machines when u strat lower thread come up with niddle in 1st time pl.help explaning step by step im new about everything

Hello Leo,
Make sure you have the machine threaded properly,
Make sure the needle is in the correct way round,
If your machine does not pick up the thread it may need retiming and if it is in warranty you need to get the machine back to the supplier.
