dyson vac dc07 belt?

my dyson brush bar won't turn do i need a new belt and how do i put it on i have taken the plate of but still can't get to it

Apparently you need to change the clutch and the belt. Dyson will sell you the part, but wont give you instructions on how to do iy---apparently its too hard for us! They have a free helpline--- check out their website for the number
