buddy if u know how to open fuser unit then after opening it check the bush of the pressure roll.it has moved out of the slot.arrange it and ur problem will be solved.u can also fix it there with adhesive so that the problem not occurs again

You have a fuser unit problem, or a false code. Try a printer reset in the service mode or replace the fuser unit, but you will still have to reset the code
