How do I change the date, sales tax and name on my old sweda#2865 registers?

I have three sweda cash registers and can't figure out how to change the date, sales tax percentage or the name of the company? any suggestions

to change date turn key to X then enter date ,eg 270109 then press VAL [ VALIDATE] Then turn key back to REG

It has the programming for sales tax from 6.5% thru 8.0% for your register.
Not sure that our 2850 date and name is chg'd the same as your 2865.
