How do I fix a Kemore model 385 that won't sew forward?

My Kenmore Sewing machine model 385 1695180 sews in reverse. I have oiled it everywhere, but it won't sew the stitches well and sews in reverse. What can I do to fix this?

Hello Vaughn.
If the reverse button or lever is working okay then you have an internal problem which will need an engineer.
