John Lewis Tumble Dryer - error code E50?

My John Lewis tumble dryer JLTDC05 (Electrolux I believe) is showing error code E50 before cooling. The service centre can't tell me what the code means - can you?

Thanks

I have this same type of dryer. I opened the backside and cleaned everything. Same problem occured. IOt has to do with motor -> rotation problem (bearing)

This happened to me and no one could tell me what it meant. In the end it was the sensor that was broken. Now the same machine is showing Err 60. Any ideas? I can't find any clues in the user guide.

E50.the code is for a motor issue or main pcb fault on the motor output side.not easy to diagnose as a diy job,but you need to find out if the drum rotates correctly when fully loaded
