it's not emptying so the pump is probably blocked but i cant get at it

remove filter and drain water from hole u will see a star shaped screw undo it and u will pull up a piece of plastic L shaped underneath that u can see a inpeller flick it round a few times its poss jamed watch out could be broken glass in the hole that will clear it u dont need to replace pump .to replace pump whole tub got to be removed a pig of a job
