sony ericsson w580i charging problem?

I have a sony ericsson w580i, every time i got charge it i get a red flashing light on the cancel button? i've tried 3 other genuine SE batteries and still the same. Any ideas how to fix this?

it's a charging (IC) problem

when i charge the mobile it says optimized charging but battery not fills up and i disconnect the charger mobile shuts down immediately
