Why wont it Idle?

I have a Renault Megane 2002 that appears to be miss-firing, yet when you test the plugs individually they work fine.
It is only when they are all connected that the problem starts.

Does anyone have an idea as to why

Could be the ignition distributor isnt setup correctly. So the spark plugs will spark but not at the correct time.
