Hoover nextra frost free fridge/freezer model hfa290?

The fridge part of the fridge freezer is freezing items held. There is also a snowball forming on the external side of the fridge. (Hoover Nextra Fridge/Freezer Model HFA290 gb)

my firdge freezer have stopped working, the lights that indicate its on glows and but its not reaching a good temperature, nor is it humming or gurgling

The freezer section isn't frozen. I have check the seal and romoved the back of the freezer to see if the fan is still working, which it is. Any ideas?
