i have got a ds lite and a itouch card and a sd 8Gb,as i play the games it opens up a save file and each time i choose to play another game it opens up more save files and if i keep on choosing games when the counter reachers 99on the ds it then starts to erase the games,what i need to know is can you make the counter go above 99,and how do youdo this or do i have to save the games in the fav file, but then i am still only going to get about 50 games, or is there something i am doing wrong.

Try organizing your games in folders. The iTouchDS has a 99 file limitation per folder, it seems. Most homebrew will work just fine when being put in folders - only a small amount (less than 99) won't accept it.
If you have (legally dumped) ROM's, folders work fine as well.
