Hi,

I need a user manual but I have no idea which model my boiler is, all it has from what I can see is Vaillant and Ecomax on it, any idea where the model no. may be?

PS. I ask because I have an issue with the room thermostat and the boiler, the boiler doesn't kick in if the thermostat is switched on but if I press a few buttons on the boiler the heating will come on but only for a while. A friend may be able to fix it but he needs the manual and at the moment I can't locate one.

go to the www Vaillant web site you can download manuals from there,
type in Vaillant Eco Max and see how many models there are my be able to identify your boiler off there photos.
