ROVER 25 power steering feels really heavy?

i bought my car around june this year, and it was all fine until the other day i noticed that the steering was really heavy, but no light on the dash board, all the tyres were inflated properly, i dont know, wil it be expensive to fix?

Rover 25, you probally need to have a new power steering pump installed. Not very expensive to buy, but probally to be installed.
