hi jenny,please do not use detergents or chemicals on the stain as this will take off the top layer of dye,go to an upholstery retailer or diy store where you can purchase a leather care kit,in the kit you should find a ink remover it operates like a lipstick apply directly onto the mark and with a inch glass or magnifying glass lightly scratch the surface of the mark using a skewer or broad needle,depending on the severity of the mark a few applications may be required,patience is the key to a successful result.
