My fan oven isn't heating up,the light and fan work. I think it's the element but, need advice on how to change it?

remove the back panel from inside the oven cavity (4 screws).now remove the screws that hold the fan heating element to the rear oven cavity.pull element carefully away from back and wiring will come through holes.disconnect wires.replace with new element.refit in reverse.takes 20 mins tops
