I need to know if I'm missing a part or if my snapper push mower is broke?

My snapper push mower will not discharge grass properly. My mower is getting cloged with grass. It seems to get cloged near the discharge shoot. My snapper mower model number is 21355D. It is 3.5 horespowered engined.

if your mowing wet grass that is your problem and if you replaced the blade and did not get a hi lift blade that might be it
