Beko condenser sensor dryer drcs 68 w?

Help have a condenser dryer only 4 months old, problem is its working but no heat coming from it at all, cleaned all the filters emptyed the tank ans still not working any ideas, oh and to top it off cant find my receipt anywhere and acording to the instructions i need this.

could be a faulty element so you need to go to your retailer and ask them to give you a duplicate receipt or proof of purchase.bank statement would do at a push
